1:1 Coaching Application — Livewell with Jacqueline
You have done everything right.
The plan was wrong. Not you.
You have been eating less, working out more, and your body has not moved in months.
You are not broken. You were handed the wrong tools for the wrong body.
This application is for the woman who is finally ready to stop starting over every Monday and build something that lasts.

The $220 billion diet industry is designed to keep you stuck.
Every program you have tried handed you a rigid plan. You followed it for three weeks. It stopped working. You blamed yourself.
That was not failure. That was the system doing exactly what it was built to do: keep you coming back.
What worked in your 20s stopped working because your body changed. Your hormones shifted. Your recovery needs shifted. Nobody updated the manual.
The way out is not another plan. It is unlearning the old one. That is what we do here.
This is for you if...
You are done dieting. You are ready to live.
You understand this is a lifestyle shift, not a 6-week challenge. You are done with the Monday restart. You want something that works inside your actual life, for the rest of it.
You are willing to understand why you are stuck before you try to fix it. You want the diagnosis, not another plan handed to you by someone who has not looked at your specific situation.
You are ready to eat more, not less, and you understand that sounds scary. Rebuilding your metabolism means adding food strategically before we ever touch a fat loss phase.
You are willing to put on muscle to protect your future self. Not to get bulky. To build the metabolic engine that keeps your body running for the next 50 years.
Your idea of success is bigger than a number on the scale. Eating dinner without doing math in your head. Going on vacation without dread. Catching your reflection and recognizing yourself.
You are willing to plan and prep your food in advance so you stop white-knuckling willpower at 4pm. Not perfectly. Consistently.
This is not for you if...
Be honest with yourself here.
You want a quick fix. You want to drop 10 pounds before an event and call it done.
You are not willing to set aside time each week for strength training. Even 3 sessions under one hour. Even starting with weights at home.
You want someone to hand you a rigid 1,200-calorie meal plan and tell you this will be easy.
You expect results in 3 weeks. This process takes time. The time is going to pass anyway.
You are not ready to invest in yourself financially and show up for the process. Both have to be true.
The fork in the road
Doing it alone vs. asking for help
You are too close to your own experience to see it clearly. That is not a character flaw. That is just how it works.
| What you are dealing with | Doing it alone | With coaching |
|---|---|---|
| Knowing exactly how much to eat to rebuild your metabolism without gaining fat | Guessing every week | Built for your body and your numbers |
| Getting back on track after a hard week, a vacation, or a holiday weekend | Starting over every Monday | Back to regularly scheduled programming with one message |
| Knowing if your strength training is actually building muscle or just burning you out | No idea, hoping for the best | Weekly check-in data, reviewed and adjusted |
| The voice in your head that says this is not working and you should quit | You believe it and stop | Someone who has heard it 80 times tells you what is actually happening |
| Figuring out when to move from building muscle to a fat loss phase | Skip straight to restricting again | Data-driven timing, mapped out together |
| Learning how to stop tracking and actually trust yourself around food | Never gets there; always anxious | Built in gradually as self-trust grows |
| Timeline to see real, lasting results | 3 more years of the same cycle | 12 to 18 months, done once, done right |
"Give me a year and a half to two years, and you are going to be a completely different person on the other side."
The time is going to pass anyway.
Real women. Real results.
Here is what changes when the plan finally fits.
"I cannot believe I lost more weight and inches this week. I felt so stuck and you are changing everything I have ever believed. I went out to eat last night and fully expected the scale to be up, and instead I saw a whoosh. It is blowing my mind how this is playing out."
Client who had eaten 1,200 calories per day for two years with zero results. Results after adding food back in.
"I seriously feel like a different person. I didn't realize how much food noise was affecting me. I thought it was normal and everyone felt like that. I mean I broke down multiple times, crying to my husband that I wanted to go to his parents, to dinner, or on vacation, but I didn't want to because I'd be so stressed about eating and drinking and getting bigger. It's so wild to me."
Active client, mid-process, June 2026
"Since partnering up with Jacqueline I've lost 50 pounds. Jacqueline is there in good times and bad. She is in your corner always and cheering you on as you work to rediscover yourself and become the person that you've always wanted to be."
Client, 50 lbs lost. Started as a chronic emotional eater who put everyone else's needs first.
"I haven't given up or even considered or wanted to give up. That's unusual for me. I've had moments of disappointment or frustration but never thought of giving up. I've had days and weeks of not tracking and eating imperfectly but did so without guilt. Then was very easily able to get right back on track."
Client, after finding what she calls "the grace space"
The Great UnLearn
Three phases. One roadmap. Done once.
This is not a 6-week challenge. It is a sequence. Skip any phase and nothing downstream works.

About Jacqueline
Dr. Jacqueline Bouley
Doctor of Chiropractic. Eight years of coaching women 40 to 55. She left her practice because the thing women actually needed was not another expert talking down to them. It was someone who had lived it.
At 30 she was doing boot camps and eating around 1,400 calories a day. Stuck, exhausted, inflamed, and miserable. She had a six-pack and hated her life. At 45 she moved across the country alone, started over in Scottsdale, and rebuilt everything from the inside out.
Today she eats 2,200 to 2,600 calories a day, travels freely, does not track food, and is in the best shape of her life. She is not a guru. She is a few steps ahead of you on the exact same road.
"If you don't love what you eat, how are you ever going to make it a lifestyle?"
